Unhealthy diet fuels weight gain

Major cause of weight gain is in the form of unhealthy diet. Half of the time we aren’t aware of the diet we are having. We aren’t aware of which foods are healthy, and which aren’t. Normally unhealthy foods are in the form of fried and junk food. As, these foods have more calories as compared to other foods, they are unhealthy in nature.

So, it’s important to reduce intake of unhealthy foods, in case of healthy diet. However, it’s also important to distinguish foods which are healthy and unhealthy. There are times when we think, certain foods for being healthy, but they constitute for excessive weight gain.
Let’s take a look at the foods which are responsible for weight gain. The fist example is sushi made with white rice. People feel sushi has fewer calories, and it doesn’t encourage weight gain. But, sushi taken with white rice has lots of carbs in it. And, having it on regular basis, can fuel unhealthy weight gain. So, watch out the next time you have sushi with white rice.

But, having plain sushi is not bad for your health; you can try that option out. Another thing is peanut butter. Peanut butter sandwiches are well accepted in terms with snacking. But, using of peanut butter adds to weight gain. Peanut butter has more amounts of calories as compared to normal butter.    

Eating all kinds of salads is preferred by everyone. But, the mayonnaise which we use in salads is full of calories. Using mayonnaise on regular basis can cause excessive weight gain. Though, there are low fat options available in mayonnaise, but they to have some amount of calories in them. Other than this, there are lots of foods which are unhealthy in nature. You just need to identify different foods according to its calories.
