In case of rashes on
your skin, you can use castor oil. You can put some drops of castor oil in a
glass of water. Drink the water, this will help and reduce your allergic reaction.
Banana has anti allergic properties. If you notice your face to be red, opt for
having two bananas. It helps to reduce the redness and itchiness on the face.
However, people who are allergic to fruits should not opt for banana. Lemon
juice also has properties of anti allergy. Add some drops of lemon juice in
warm water and drink it in morning. It helps to get rid of allergic reaction in
a positive way.
Carrot and beet juice in case of allergy is an effective remedy.
Carrot and beet juice is beneficial in case of swelling of the skin. In case of
excessive allergy, you can have this juice twice in a day. Another effective
tip is to use cider vinegar. Cider vinegar has properties of antioxidant. It
can be taken with a warm glass of water. It is effective in getting rid of
rashes caused by food allergy. Cider vinegar can also be mixed with one tea
spoon of honey.
Always try and avoid foods which can cause allergic
reactions to your skin.
