knows smoking is injurious to heath. But, in order to quit smoking, you have to

occupy your mind in different things.
You can opt for playing some games, watch
TV or read some interesting books. As far as possible, you should keep yourself
distracted all the time. You can keep your hands busy by occupying them with
some form of hand exercises.

from this, there are many other ways to overcome habit of smoking. You can take
up some form of positive therapy in this case. One of the most common therapies
is behavioral therapy. It helps a person cultivate new habits and reasons. It
helps to overcome all your past habits, and substitute for the same.
Acupuncture therapy is also used in case of quit smoking. It works on your
carving anxiety of the body. It helps and relaxes your overall mind and body.
If
your willpower is strong, smoking is not at all difficult to quit.
