How to deal with tension?
Tension
has become an integral part of life. Hectic life and incessant work hours has
taken a toll on our mind and body. In this case, more and more people are
taking tension related to personal and professional life.
But,
one can easily put tension aside and enjoy life as it comes. Situations remain
as they are. The minute you get tensed, you can hyper. In this case, there is a
negative impact on your health. Today health and tension are co related. But,
you can easily deal with tension in case of being positive. You can deal with
tension with a tranquil mind.

are some tips in dealing with tension:

which aren’t in our favor. In this case, we take tension, which in turn affects
