In case of going off to bed, you can consume skimmed milk.

It’s important that you don’t consume any types of fats in the diet plan. Grapefruit juice is important, as it act as main source for burning calories. You can’t have dessert of any form in case of grapefruit diet. Intake of sweet potatoes should be completely avoided in grapefruit diet. It’s important to drink eight to ten glasses of water in a grapefruit diet.
