Home remedies for sprain

In case of small injury or tedious activity, sprain is common. Sprain can be related to tissue ache in the body. When they are damaged or torn, it results in sprain. In case of regular activities; neck and back sprain are common.

Here are some home remedies for curing sprain:

Garlic oil is good in case of respite from sprain. You can take one tablespoon of garlic oil with one tablespoon of almond oil. Apply this oil in the sprain affected area. It helps to provide relief from swelling.

Cold compress provide relief from the pain in the area. You can apply cold compress three to four times in day. It also helps to provide relief from swelling.

Turmeric is beneficial in case of relief from sprain. You can take one teaspoon of turmeric in warm milk or water. Have this two times in a day. It positively helps to reduce your swelling caused by sprain.

Cabbage leaves are effective in curing of sprain. But, it’s more effective if you use them in warm form. They help to provide instant respite from swelling caused by sprain.

Onion juice is also effective in curing of sprain in an effective manner. You can take two teaspoons of onion juice and one teaspoon of honey. Apply this on your sprain affected area. It provides natural relief from swelling caused by sprain.

Epsom salt also provides relief from your sprain. You can also have one teaspoon of Epsom salt in warm water in case of effective relief from pain from sprain.
