A 7 day diet plan can let you lose up to five kg. The

salad dressing. For dinner you can include salads with tofu.
On day 7, for breakfast, you may include two portions of
fruits. For lunch, you can include green veggies with sprouts. For dinner, you
can include veggies with hemp oil.
