When a person needs to lose weight in a jiffy, crash dieting is a main source. But, crash dieting isn’t healthy for your body. Though, it makes you lose weight faster, there is negative impact on internal health. It is said that crash diet has a bad impact on your body.

Opting for crash diet is a personal choice. However, if you select this diet, you may have to bear some serious problems. Weight loss in case of crash diets is not permanent in nature. Once you stop your crash diet, you gain your normal weight. Crash diet is a bad way to lose your excessive fat from body.

There are many negative implications in case of crash diets. It has been proved that crash diet has negative impact on your emotional health. If you stick to crash diet in long run, it may cause severe depression. Crash diet is a major cause of anorexia. When you opt for a crash diet, it’s restricted in nature. Crash diet doesn’t provide you with benefits of complete vitamins and minerals.
As a result of which, it causes various deficiencies in the body. The most common types of deficiencies which are caused by crash dieting are iron and sodium.

Iron deficiency caused by crash dieting makes a person anemic in nature. If crash dieting is continued for long time, it causes fatal effects. Your body organs can be affected as a result of crash dieting. Crash dieting can mainly cause kidney diseases and heart diseases. There are various negative implications of crash diet in case of your bones. Bones require a set amount of calcium as daily intake. But, with crash dieting that intake becomes limited. As a result of which, it can affect your bones. In severe implications, crash dieting can cause osteoporosis.

It’s better to avoid crash dieting, and replace it with healthy diet program.
