Diet plays a crucial role in reducing your blood pressure level.
In case of lowering your blood pressure level, avoid intake of salt. Salt is
the main cause of high blood pressure level in body. You can replace salt by
other forms of herbs. Always stick to fresh fruits in case of high blood
pressure. If you have canned or preserved food, it can harm your body.
Limit intake of fried food and junk food in case of high
blood pressure. Stick to intake of healthy fruits and veggies to lower your
blood pressure level. It’s advisable to, stick to low cal food in case of high
blood pressure. If possible replace your normal sugar with low cal sugar.
Try and reduce intake of caffeine in your daily diet. If
possible completely avoid fizzy drinks. Avoid smoking and alcohol in case of
high blood pressure. Try to include citrus fruits in your daily diet. They are
beneficial in lowering your blood pressure to some extent. Include nuts, seeds
and whole grains in your daily diet. They are essential in case of lowering
your blood pressure level in body.
Calcium intake is very important in case of high blood
pressure. It helps to lower your blood pressure level in body. If possible,
include two glasses of milk in your daily diet. But, remember to include milk,
which is fat free.
