Arthritis is common in terms with old age and weak joints.

include omega 3 in some form or the other in your daily diet. Walnuts and
flaxseeds are good sources of omega 3.Try and include this in your regular diet

Try and increase the intake of diary products in your daily
diet. Two glasses of milk is must for people with weak bones. Try to stay away
from saturated fats in terms of your diet plan. These fats have a bad impact on
your body.
Garlic in any form is excellent for the condition of curing
arthritis. Try and include this in your regular diet plan. Other then this, you
can also use garlic in case of application. Take some mustard oil, and add two
cloves of garlic into it. Now warm the oil. After cooling, apply it on your
affected area. Application of oil should also include proper massage in that
particular area. You can do this twice in a day. It is really effective in
curing the condition.
Intake of potato juice is also effective in curing of this
condition. You can have this juice twice in a day, for positive results.
