for short term weight loss. As a result, when you leave the diet, you come back
to your normal body weight. In this case your weight loss in temporary in
nature. Fad diet isn’t recommended for long term weight loss solution. It is a
short term solution for weight loss.
Fad diet can ruin your healthy eating pattern. It harms your
regular eating diet plan, and it’s difficult to come back to it again. You
should keep in mind negative side of fad diet before opting for the same.
