Asparagus
can be included in your diet plan on regular basis. You can have it in roasted
or grilled form. In case of grilling, you can dab a little olive oil on your
asparagus and dab a little salt according to taste. You can also dab a little
pepper according to your taste. You can now put it on griller. You can grill
this until it becomes softer.

people opt for grilling of potatoes on regular basis. You have an option of
grilling potatoes with or without skin. Before grilling the potatoes, you can
boil them along with water. After its par boiled, you can toss the potatoes in
