Home remedies for jetlag

Jetlag is common if you are a frequent traveler. Jetlag is common lest of air travel. And, people who travel by air two to three times have problems with jetlag on regular basis. A normal jetlag is temporary in nature. But, if it happens on regular basis, there can be problems related to your sleep. Jetlag can also cause other problems like dehydration and fatigue. There are many people who also experience discomfort in their legs due to condition of jetlag.

 Here are some tips you can keep in mind for getting rid of jetlag:

 Keep your body hydrated for avoiding jetlag. Try and drink as many fluids as possible prior to your air travel. You can also include good amount of water in your diet. Proper hydration in the body helps to prevents against the condition of jetlag in a positive manner.

 If you are suffering from severe case of jetlag, you can also opt for rosemary oil. Rose merry oil is very effective for curing your jetlag. Take two tea spoons of rose merry oil and add it to warm water. Try and have this trice or four times in a day. It may effectively cure the condition of jetlag in an effectual manner.

Try to keep your shoes off your feet once you are in the flight. This also helps to cure the condition of your jetlag in a positive way. You can do this every time you are in the flight.

Try to opt for a balanced diet for curing your jetlag. Opt for fresh fruits and green veggies prior to your flight. This also helps to keep your body hydrated once you are in the flight. Select a diet plan which is balanced in nature. You can also opt for a high protein diet plan in case of curing your jetlag.

If your flight is too long, opt for small walks in between your flight. This is also helpful for curing your jetlag in a positive way.
