The basis of application of any eyeliner is how well you apply. Normally, eyeliners are applied on upper lids and lower portion of eyes. In case of applying eyeliner keep your face straight, don’t move it.

If you are using an eyeliner pencil, softly apply it at the bottom of the eyelids. But, you have to do this steadily. Normally, one line is enough to set the look. If the eye pencil is dark, then one line is enough. But, if the eye pencil is light, then two strokes are fine. If you don’t do this carefully, then there is a possible risk of smudging.
