Rice diet
Rice
diet is an organized form of diet plan. The diet can be implemented in case of
weight loss. The rice diet is mainly low on fats and calories. You have option
of choosing from various programs in the diet plan. If you choose rice diet,
you also have to implement any physical activity with the plan. There are
certain benefits and drawbacks of the rice diet plan.
In
terms of drawbacks, the diet plan can’t be implemented on long term basis.
There are many restrictions in the diet plan, which makes it monotonous in nature.
You can’t use any form of salt in the diet plan, this acts as a major disadvantage.
Along with the meals in the diet plan, there are restrictions of the fruit
intake.
In
case of breakfast, you may include one portion of rice with one portion of fruit.
You can also include any dairy product in your breakfast. Many people opt for
low fat milk in this case.
In
case of lunch, you can include two portions of rice along with some basic
veggies. The veggies you select can be stir fried. In this case, you can also
include green beans. Any one portion of fruit can be included in lunch.
In
case of dinner, you may include two portions of rice with two portions of
veggies. You can also select veggies in raw form. You can include two portions
of fruits in case of dinner. In case of fruits, you can also include bananas.
Rice
diet plan can also be selected in case of detoxification of body.
