7 day diet

Perhaps, the simplest way to lose weight is in terms with a 7 day diet plan. A 7 day diet plan works according to preference of the person opting for the plan. You can select from a vegetarian diet plan or non-vegetarian diet plan.7 day diet plan is an easy diet plan, it can help you lose your excess flab.

Here is a vegan 7 day diet plan:

In case of day 1, for breakfast, you can include cereals and soy milk. You can also include almond milk. In case of lunch you can include any two portions of fruits, with dipping of your choice. In terms with dinner, you can include stir fried veggies including broccoli with one tea spoon of olive oil.

In case of day 2, for breakfast you can include one portion of frit. For lunch you can include mixed veggies with hemp oil. And, dinner can include stir fried veggies with a bowl of sprouts.

In case of day 3, for breakfast you can include cereals and fruits. For lunch you can include spinach with almonds. For dinner you can include sweet potatoes with tofu.

In case of day 4, for breakfast you can include one cup of Vega. For lunch you can include avocados with carrot. For dinner you can include tomato sandwich with salad.

In case of day 5, for breakfast you can include whole grain cereal with milk. For lunch you can include lettuce leaves with sprouts. For dinner, you can include stir fried veggies with balsamic vinegar.

 In case of day 6, for breakfast you can include cereals .in lunch you can include green veggies with salad dressing. For dinner you can include salads with tofu.

On day 7, for breakfast, you may include two portions of fruits. For lunch, you can include green veggies with sprouts. For dinner, you can include veggies with hemp oil.
