How to be happy
Well,
people say happiness comes from within. I truly second this statement.
Happiness comes from the situations around us. Naturally, if the situation is
gloomy, we will feel sad. But, happiness is also a key of positive attitude.
If
you are positive from within, you can change the situations in a positive way. Being
positive or negative completely depends on how you perceive the situations.
There are times when the situation may not be in your favor. But being positive
at that time may turn things good for you. When you remain positive, situations
are also positive and you stay happy.
Pursuit
of happiness comes from following certain basic rules in life. The basic rules
such as expect less from people. The best way to remain happy is by expecting
less. Expectation is a major cause of disappointment in life. And,
disappointments always lead to a bad patch in life. It is a major road to
sorrow and depression.
So,
it’s advisable not to expect anything in life. This is the only way to remain
happy in life. Happiness in this form can be considered as real happiness from within.
Next time, don’t expect anything from anybody, and see how happy and changed
you feel from within.
Worry
is also a major cause, which takes you away from pursuit of happiness. When we
constantly keep worrying about things, we leave the anatomy of happiness .And;
worry causes sadness and anxiety in a big way. This is another roadblock in the
pursuit of happiness.
In
order to live a happy life, it’s important to sideline all your worries and
live in a present day. Another reason for being happy is the way you see
things. If, you always keep cribbing and criticizing, you can never remain happy.
Real pursuit of happiness is achieved from within.
