panic attack is in case of wedding. Here acceptance is a main cure. Before a
person gets married, thousand thoughts cross the mind, which makes a person
restless in nature.

this case you should control your feeling in a positive way. Your thoughts
should also focus on positive side. Accepting the way a particular situation is
helps you get rid of panic attacks. Panic attacks are all in mind of person.
You make yourself strong from within; there won’t be any panic attack.

strong person would never suffer a panic attack. Overcoming panic attack is
easy if you are determined to do so. You just need a strong state of mind in
