completely avoided. Fizzy drinks and cola drinks constitute a major portion in

they should be completely avoided.

case of drinks, many people savor regular chocolate shakes. These drinks have
possibly highest amount of calories in them. Most of the time, these shakes are
served with cream and chocolate. Excess of both these things, have a negative
impact on your body.

case of tea, flavored tea with milk can also harm your body. They too have some
amount of calories and carbs. This basically depends on which flavor a person
is opting for. In case of sweet flavor, the chances of getting fat are higher.
