However, there are certain side consequences of opting for lemonade diet plan. As there are many foods which are restricted in the diet plan, exhaustion is common. In case of this diet plan, one tends to gets bored of having the same juice. There is a longing for having foods which are excluded in this diet plan.

Though, lemonade diet plan is easy in terms with detoxification of body. This diet isn’t suitable to every one. This diet isn’t recommended to people with diabetes, blood pressure and heart diseases.

Lemonade diet depends on individual body type. It’s advisable to stick to this diet for a minimum period of time.
