salads. You can also include low fat dressing in choice of salads. In lunch,

can also be included in choice of lunch.
In terms of dinner, you can include basic veggies in stir
fried form. You can choose basic veggies which are rich in fiber. For dinner,
you can also include moderate quantity of chicken and fish. One portion of
protein can be included in choice of your dinner.
You can also include any two portions of sweet for your
snacking on daily basis. Five factor diet plan is ideal for complete nutrition
for the body.
