Negative
emotions act as a bad aspect of our personality. Emotions like anger, greed and
jealousy ruins our personality. Getting emotional on particular thing is fine. But,
negative emotions should be avoided.

major cause of stress in life is negative emotions. When we stick to worry and
jealousy, we harm ourselves. It isn’t hard to control negative emotions. It’s

for meditation, there is total control over mind. With control over mind, you
can easily overcome all your negative emotions.

with someone. It can be in the form of family and friends. When you share all
your feelings, you kind of get relieved. And, with getting relieved, you get
rid of negative situation or emotions in an effective way.
