can include natural cabbage soup or other vegetable soup on daily basis for

soup in lunch and dinner. You have choice of including accepted fruits in your
diet plan.

the second day of the diet plan, you can have soup two times in a day along
with raw veggies. You can also opt for veggies in stir fried variety in your

the third day, you can include one portion of protein along with two portions
of fruits. You can also comprise baked potatoes.
On
the forth day, you can include two portions of soup along with one portion of fruits.
You can also include two portions of skimmed milk. You have option of include
any fruit in this diet plan.

the fifth day of the diet plan, you can include two portions of soup along with
boiled veggies. You can also have option of including grilled form of chicken
in your diet plan.
On
the sixth day of the diet plan, you can include two portions of soup along with
green veggies. This can be included in uncooked form of stir fried form. You
can also opt for a single portion of beef in this plan.
On
the seventh day of the diet plan, you can include brown rice along with cabbage
soup. You can also include single portion of fruit according to your choice.
