Apple cider vinegar diet

Apple cider vinegar is a simple diet plan which works on curbing the longing for food. This in turn helps to reduce your weight and over eating in an effective manner. In terms of diet plan, there is specific consumption of apple cider vinegar prior to your lunch and dinner. This helps to keep your appetite in control.

Apple cider vinegar is helpful for people suffering from problem of obesity. The diet plan is beneficial for varied people suffering from high level of cholesterol. For diet plan of day one, you can include one tea spoon of vinegar prior to breakfast. Breakfast can comprise oatmeal. One tea spoon of vinegar prior to lunch has to be included. Lunch can include basic stir fried green veggies. In terms of dinner, you have to include one tea spoon of vinegar. Dinner can include green salads with tossed veggies. One portion of sweet can be included in the diet plan.

You can have many variations for your regular breakfast, lunch and dinner. For breakfast, you can include different fruit juices. You can include natural fruits you can include grapefruit and papaya in breakfast. Tea and coffee can be included in moderate quantity in your diet plan.

For lunch you can include different types of salads with varied dressings. Lunch can also include fruit salad with fresh low fat yogurt. You also have option of include different types of pastas with various sauces and herbs. The choice depends on entity taste.

For dinner, you can include different veggies in baked form. You can also include moderate quantity of fish and chicken in your dinner. You can also include basic green veggies in grilled and boiled form. In terms of sweets, you can include basic ice cream or cheesecake. But, it should be taken in moderate quantity.
