With regret, you always feel guilty about the situation. This guilt can also cause various physical problems. But, you can deal with regret in case of being positive in life.

Regrets can be in the form of small and big. In this case, it’s vital to focus on smaller regrets. Once you focus on your smaller regrets, then only you will be able to let go of your bigger regrets. So, take into account small regrets at first place.

One major cause of regret is if you expect something. In this case, it’s advisable to keep your expectations at lower level. Higher level of expectations leads to bigger regrets. If you keep your expectations low, you won’t regret much.
