Including iron in natural form can help to cure this condition in a positive manner.  You can also include other natural sources of iron in your daily diet. Fruits like apples are good in source of iron and can be included in good amount in pregnancy diet plan. you can also opt for other forms and sources for this diet.

It’s vital to include good amount of liquids in your daily diet plan. You can include different types of fruit drinks and vegetable juices. Most of the women suffer from problems of indigestion in pregnancy.

 Having good amount of liquids can help to provide respite from this condition in an effective way. But, try to have liquids in natural form. If you opt for packed juices, it may not provide you with enough nutritional value. So, try to keep check on this factor in your diet plan.

You should include having small meals through out the day in your pregnancy diet plan. This helps in the condition of acidity. Try to include foods which are rich in minerals and other vitamins in for this purpose.
