milk. You can also include two portions of protein in your breakfast. In case
of lunch, you can include chicken in moderate quantity with whole grain pasta.
You can also include basic stir fried veggies
in your lunch. In terms of dinner, you can include raw form of veggies with
some olive oil. In terms of dinner, you can also include any two portions of
fruits on daily basis. In case of this diet plan; you can include various
spices like ginger and cumin which are beneficial for your body.
