Any type of diet has its own pros and cons. The pros are related to positive implications of particular diet. And, cons are related to negative implications of particular diet. People have their own view point regarding weight loss and diet. Some people feel it’s important to stay fit, while some take health very lightly. Let’s take a look at various pros and cons of dieting.

A balanced diet always helps you fight against various diseases. Balanced diet maintains an ideal weight for the body. It keeps your cholesterol level and blood pressure in control. It also helps you to restrict your calories. Dieting is an effective way to remain healthy. Normally in case of dieting, people opt for low carb diet. Low carb diet also has many pros. You stay away from fried and unhealthy foods.
Low carb and calorie foods help you to maintain your normal body weight. Low carb diet also includes avoiding sugar intake. This helps you, prevent against disease like diabetes.

 Let’s take a look at negative impact. If you follow a particular diet program for a long time, it affects your body internally. It has been proven that people, who follow a diet program for long time, suffer from muscular problems. If your diet lacks proper intake of calcium, then it also affects your bones in long run. In case of negative implication of low calorie diet, it can lead to some severe problems. If your body doesn’t get the required nourishment, it can also lead to minor heat attack. In case of low cal diet, you are also restricted to some foods, which can harm your body.
