How to get the right posture?
A
good personality is all about how perfect your body posture is? And, good body
posture is all about how well you groom yourself. Attaining a good body posture
is not as difficult as it seems. You just have to pay heed to small things in
regular routine. The way you stand, the way you sleep all constitute for a good
body posture.
So,
it’s important to maintain that posture when you are standing or sitting. There
are many ways to improve your body posture. It can be done in the form of yoga,
exercise and self help. However, the best way to improve posture is in the form
of yoga and self help.
In
the form of yoga, body posture can be improved in a great way. Yoga helps to
enhance body consciousness in a big way. As a result of which; when you are in
a bad posture, you become aware of your posture in a positive manner. Yoga
helps and improves overall flexibility of the body. The flexibility is in the
form of shoulders and hips. These two parts of the body constitute main body posture.
If your shoulders are fit and steady, automatically you can maintain a good
body posture.

way of self help you can improve your body posture in a considerable manner.
Always try to keep your head steady and straight in case of standing straight. In
case of legs, your ankles should always be straight and not turned. If, you
have turned ankle, then posture of the body isn’t straight. So you should be
careful regarding your ankle and your hip area.
A
good posture of body is also with regard to chin of a person. In this case, a
chin has to be kept evenly parallel to the floor. This improves overall posture
of a person. Maintaining a good posture is significant part of ones persona.
