How to reduce body odor


Body odor is a complete turn off; in terms with pleasing personality. There are various causes for body odor. Excessive sweating is the main cause of body odor. Other causes for body odor include stress, puberty and hormonal imbalance. Body odor is most common in case of feet and underarms. Sweating is a natural way of amending human temperature. But, excessive sweating can cause bacteria to breed. As a result of which, there is body odor. There are some basic tips you can follow to reduce body odor. These tips may try and keep your body odor neutralized.

 The best way to reduce body odor is by way of shaving or waxing. Regular shaving of your under arms can reduce your body odor, as the area is dry. After you take a shower, dry your underarms and feet properly. You can use an antiperspirant or deodorant in case of excessive sweating.
This helps you to eliminate the smell of sweating. By applying deodorant you can’t reduce your sweating, it just helps to reduce the smell in case of body odor. But, you should use a good quality deodorant. It should be suitable to your skin, otherwise it can cause allergy.

 In case of home remedy, you can take hydrogen peroxide and put in water. You can apply this solution to your underarm area and feet area. This helps to reduce the body odor caused by excessive sweating. This method can be implemented every alternate day. It is a beneficial method in case body odor.

Having proper diet also benefits in case of reducing body odor. It has been proven that people, who have garlic and onions in excess, are more prone to body odor. Having fried foods can also cause excessive sweating.

 Body odor can’t be completely avoided, but it can be reduced to some extent.
