Tips to share feelings
Sharing
your feelings with someone is natural way of cleansing your body. But, many
people don’t share their feelings with anybody. Well, there can be reasons for
the same. In case of an introvert person, sharing of feelings can be little difficult.
The reason for the same is; introvert people have their basic nature to keep
things to themselves.
But,
they take time to open up, once they open up, they tend to share their
feelings. Other reason for not sharing your feeling can be in case of
embarrassment or personal situations. Many people feel embarrassed to discuss
their feelings with others. Due to which they tend to get angry on small
things.
Feeling
of personal things are personal also stops a person from sharing of the same.
This is a major cause that people don’t open up easily. The fear is; how will
the second person react on hearing my personal feelings? But, sharing of
personal problems or feelings is important for your health. If it’s too
personal, you can discuss it with your spouse or parents. Personal feelings can
also be confided with your best friends. Other fear of not sharing your
feelings can be in case of awkwardness. Whatever your personal problem is,
people can take it negative or positive manner.
Sharing
of feelings is very important for inner satisfaction. The biggest factor in
sharing your feeling is; you get relieved in a big way. Sharing of feeling with
someone can help and reduce stress in a positive way. If you keep thinking
about something it affects your body.
Once
you share your feelings, you are stress free in such cases. Sharing of your
personal feeling also gives you sense of care and love. You share your
feelings, and other person reciprocates in a positive way. It shows what other
person feels for you.
