snacking, you can include basic form of fruits. In snacking you may also
include fruits in low fat curd. You can also include basic coconut water in
your obesity diet plan. Soy milk can be included as it provides max benefit to
your body.

dinner, you may include basic forms of veggies in steamed form. For, dinner you
may also include basic fruits in your diet plan. You can also include any two
portions of fruits in your obesity diet plan for max energy to your body.
