Effects of stress

Stress takes a toll on your body, in a negative manner. But, stress has become a part of life. In this hectic life, we have to deal with stress. With stress comes, various diseases which affect our body. Excessive stress results in high and low blood pressure. Stress also affects your heart rate and health of heart. In fact today stress is a major cause of diabetes in the body. Other effects of stress include breathing problems and sweating. Apart from this the most common causes of stress include, severe headache and depression. Stress also affects your sleeping pattern to an extent.

Stress is also a cause of anger in a person. When you feel stressful, you don’t have internal stamina for handling the situations. As a result of which, you feel frustrated. And that cause of frustration results in excessive anger. If you are taking stress related to your work, then it may also affect your brain.

Body pain in case of excessive stress related to work is also very common. Stress is a major cause of all the body problems today. Overcoming stress at a right stage is extremely important. Any other form of stress leads to loss of appetite in a person.

Stress is all about how well we manage our time and life. If we allot our things and priorities in a right way, there will be no stress in life. One major cause of stress is extreme worry. That eventually leads to stress in future. If stress is not cured at initial level, it can also affect a person on long term basis. Long term effects of stress leads to chronic head pain and heart attack. Stress also causes varied mood swings in a person. As a result of which, it can effect your personality in long run. It has been seen; with stress a person becomes more irritated than normal condition.
