You can make an effective foot scrub using oats and brown sugar. Try to mix some oats in natural form of grounded form for this. You can then mix some brown sugar in this mix. Try to add some lime juice in this mixture. You can then mix this well and apply it to your foot area. Leave it for a while before you remove the same. When this is dry, you can remove the scrub from your foot by scrubbing the paste. This helps to remove the dead skin cells from your foot area.


You can make an excellent foot scrub using coffee. You can consider a part of coffee in powder form and add some cornmeal powder in this mix. You can now add some olive oil in this. Mix all the three things together and then apply it to your foot area. You can gently massage your foot area using this natural foot scrub. Once this is dry, you can then exfoliate the area. Try to scrub it off from your skin. This can really give good results for your foot related skin problems.

Another effective home remedy for food scrub can be made using limejuice and sea salt. Try to take some natural sea salt and add some lime juice in this. You can then add some natural mint juice in this. Mix this well and apply it as a foot scrub. Sea salt acts as a perfect scrub for your foot. You can easily remove all the dead skin cells with use of natural sea salt for your foot. You can also use this method for our foot care on general basis. This natural remedy is suitable to all the skin types; there may not be any reaction with this remedy.
