Low calorie diet

Low calorie diet is perfect for obese people. There is a limited amount of calorie intake in our body. But, excessive calories cause unnecessary weight gain. If you are following a low calorie diet, then you should stick to your low calorie diet plan. In your calorie diet plan; it’s important to write, down calorie intake for particular day. But, taking fewer calories as needed for the body can give you negative results. Minimum 800calories a day is important for your body metabolism. If you consume fewer calories than required for the body, you’ll starve yourself. Low calorie diet should be healthy for your body.

 So, how can you plan an efficient low calorie diet? Low calorie diet essentially means, you should cut down on fat. So, intake of fat in any form should be implemented. Fat is a major source for weight gain in our body. If you don’t want to avoid fat, you can limit the intake of fat in the body. Limiting carbohydrates is also very essential for a low calorie diet.

 Complex carbohydrates should be selected in case of low calorie diet. Complex carbohydrates may include whole grain cereals and veggies. These should be included in your daily consumption.

 Low calorie diet includes cutting down on foods which are unhealthy for your body. In case of veg diet, dairy products are unhealthy for your body. And, in case of poultry products, eating fish can be unhealthy for your body. A low calorie diet should cut down on both these things. Planning a low calorie diet should also include fiber rich diet. Fiber is important source of energy to the body. Liquids are also essential part of low calorie diet. You should try and completely avoid alcohol related drinks. They have considerable amount of calories, which is harmful for body.
