Home remedies for foot care

Foot odor is common in case of sweating. It may also be related to any continuous activity. Foot odor is also frequent in case of playing sports. Other reasons for foot odor include unhygienic conditions of foot and use of same socks. Some reasons also relate to excessive smoking and drinking habit.

You can easily get rid of foot odor by keeping your foot clean, and opting for soft cotton socks. There are foot creams and powders which help to control foot odor to some extent. However, with certain natural remedies, you can control foot odor in an effective way.

In case of getting rid of foot odor, apple cider vinegar is helpful. With the help of cotton apply apple cider vinegar in your foot area. It has properties to control your perspiration, thus providing respite from foot odor.

Tea bags are also helpful in case of foot odor. In this case, you can take some warm water. You may now add two tea bags in the water. Soak your foot in this warm water for ten minutes. After which, you can wash it with cold water. This method is very effective in case of foot odor. It helps to control your excess sweating.

Using of deodorants is also effective in control of foot odor. It can be used to control excess of perspiration.

Another natural remedy is in case of using tea tree oil. You can apply tea tree oil and keep it for some time. In this case, you can control excess sweating. It helps to get rid of foot odor in a positive way.
