In this case it’s vital to say sorry for your guilt. If you say sorry for your actions, you may be free of all your guilt.

 Guilt may also help you to learn something. If you are guilty about a particular action, you probably won’t repeat that action in future. Guilt helps you to understand situations and things which are wrong.

 In case of guilt, self acceptance is also very important. You have to accept that, mistakes are made by everybody. But, realizing the mistake in the form of guilt is vital in nature.

 It’s vital to tell someone about your guilt. In this case, you may feel lighter. This is one way to relieve your self.
