Calcium is a very important part of our diet. its important to include calcium in good quantity ion your daily diet plan. calcium rich foods are essential for bones and blood. after the age of thirty five, many women suffer from problem of bone loss. but, if you include good amount of calcium, there may be no problems in future. there are many calcium rich foods that can be included in your daily diet plan. you can also include calcium rich foods according to your basic diet chart. you can include these foods in lunch or dinner, depending on your individual preference.

Here are some calcium rich foods you may consider in your diet:

Try and include fat free milk in your morning breakfast. this can help with your daily calcium intake. you can also include milk with basic cereals in your diet plan. you should also include yogurt in your basic diet plan. try and include it in any form in your diet plan. calcium can also be included in fat free yogurt. you can also use yogurt as your basic salad dressing. try and include basic green veggies for your daily calcium intake. you can include it in the form of broccoli and spinach.

In veggies, you can include green peas in your daily diet plan. this is also rich in calcium. you can also include okra and salmon in your diet plan. you can include natural form of tofu in your daily diet plan. you can include good amount of nuts in your regular plan. almonds can be included in your daily diet for your calcium intake.
