How to grill veggies

In case of following a healthy cooking technique, grilling of veggies is the best possible thing. Grilling technique helps to restore all the nutrients of your foods. It acts as the most balanced form of cooking. Different veggies can be grilled in various forms.

Here are some tips to grill basic veggies:

Asparagus can be included in your diet plan on regular basis. You can have it in roasted or grilled form. In case of grilling, you can dab a little olive oil on your asparagus and dab a little salt according to taste. You can also dab a little pepper according to your taste. You can now put it on griller. You can grill this until it becomes softer.

Many people opt for grilling of potatoes on regular basis. You have an option of grilling potatoes with or without skin. Before grilling the potatoes, you can boil them along with water. After its par boiled, you can toss the potatoes in some olive oil and salt. You can now grill the potatoes until done. Mostly, people prefer golden color in terms of grilling the potatoes.

You can also grill zucchini in terms of preserving its nutritional value. In this case, you can peel it off and dab it with some oil. Put it on grilling for sometime. When it’s soft, you can take it off the griller. If you keep it for longer time, then it can also be overcooked.

Many people also choose to grill bell pepper in case of making it crisp. You can choose a bell pepper according to your choice. Now, toss the bell pepper with some olive oil and salt. You can also add pepper in this case. Put it on grill for five to ten minutes. Once it is done, it can be served immediately.
