You can also opt for baked potato. In case of day three you can include, two portions, of fruits and veggies. But, in fruits, avoid banana. Don’t include baked potatoes in your day three diet plan. In case of day four you can include small portions of fruits and veggies. It’s important to include soup in this diet. You can also have tea and coffee, but in limited quantity.

 In case of day five, you can include stir fried veggies and one portion of any fruit. You can include tomatoes in this case. In case of day six, you can include small portion of beef. Day six should include veggies in smaller quantity. In case of day seven, you can include brown rice, fruit juices and other veggies.

This weight loss diet includes all the nutrients of fruits and veggies. It is a healthy way to lose weight.
